Arizona Highway Crashes

Recent Arizona highway crashes have presented dangers to drivers and to passengers who have done nothing wrong. Fatalities and serious injuries have resulted.

Two women were killed on April 21, 2015 in a two car collision south of Flagstaff on I-17. The driver lost control of the vehicle, it veered into the median and then rolled through the median, and collided with a southbound car. Three other passengers were also injured.

On May 3, 2015 a driver was traveling on SR-51 near Northern Avenue, at more than 130 mph, before crossing several lanes and crashing into another vehicle, two people in the second vehicle were injured.

Presently I am representing a woman who was a passenger in a vehicle traveling westbound on the Bush Highway, and Phon D Sutton, Pucker Curve, Mesa. Another vehicle, traveling eastbound, was speeding and crossed the center line, several times, and hit my client’s westbound vehicle, head on. The negligent driver was impaired.

My client, a totally innocent victim, was transported by Air Evac Services, she suffered numerous injuries, including concussion, radial and ulnar fractures, sternal fracture, spinal fracture and tibia fractures.
