I was hit by motor vehicle while walking across a street. I had the good fortune of having Paul recommended to me. In my case, the individual who hit me was underinsured. Thankfully I had an underinsured clause in my policy to cover me in this situation. Paul got the maximum amount for me from both the underinsured motorist who hit me as well as from my own insurance policy. It wasn’t easy. My insurance company originally offered me a very low settlement. Paul fought for me and got me the maximum (and just) amount. In all, it took about two and a half years. In that period, Paul and his team investigated and documented liability, got video evidence and witness statements and obtained all the the records and bills associated with my case.
